Bad MLS Photos

There is definitely no shortage of bad MLS photos online. I am sure you have seen the funny advertisements and viral photos of really bad photos that are meant to showcase a houses best features, unfortunatley it is also a reality in the Toronto Real Estate Market.

I cannot wrap my head around why a listing agent does not hire a professional photographer to capture the best angles and light of a house they are listing. It can cost anywhere from $100 - 200 dollars and benefits your clients greatly, even in the crazy competitive Toronto Market. Sellers do not tolerate your agent taking crappy, crooked pictures with their cell phones, there is absoloutely no way to justify it.

Here are some recent examples of bad MLS photos that I found after browsing MLS for five minutes. Enjoy!

Either this house has a severe angle or the listing agent is very uneasey on its feet.
