April Williams initially started her career as an Advertising and Media Sales professional. After 10 successful years in the industry, she decided to make a change. Considering her love of the design and architecture of Toronto, coupled with her desire to interact with clients and help them achieve their goals, the move into real estate was a natural, almost obvious one. 

Her background in the customer service realm has served April well. The communication and negotiation skills that she fine-tuned throughout her professional career has made her a top-notch realtor. April has tons of advertising and marketing experience under her belt, which has proven to be highly useful in the field of real estate. With her finger on the pulse on all things innovative, April makes smart use of technology as a tool for marketing to stay competitive in this industry.

April shares a home with her husband, daughter and two dogs.


Kevin Yu is a graduate from the University of Toronto, having obtained his Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. Kevin quickly showed the world his sharp business skills, helping to grow a small start-up telecom company four-fold in a matter of 4 short years. Kevin tapped into his inner entrepreneur and started his own business, Froosh, a natural bath and body shop in the Beaches. This was another opportunity for Kevin to play a key role in the expansion of a local company - Froosh.

Also born and raised in the T. Dot, Kevin’s affinity for the city and its people helped him easily transition into the world of real estate. Kevin’s keen eye for real estate market changes and trends makes him the ideal realtor. His business, marketing, and technological experience has primed him to become a successful, savvy real estate professional. 

Kevin is married, and is a proud Dad to a wonderful daughter.
